Anyone who wishes to buy and/or sell objects related to the natural stone market.

1-2 How can I register as a member of Stonemarket.info?

In order to register in the website click on Register and read Stonemarket.info’s terms of service and publishing, click on AGREE and fill in the Register form with your personal information.

1-3 Why can’t I complete my registration?

Make sure you are not leaving any blank field and that you are correctly writing the validation key.

1-4 May I have several accounts?

A single account suffices to perform all the operations of your choice, if you wish to exchange information in both English and Spanish you must open an account for each language.

1-5 May I cancel my account?

1-6 How can I modify and/or update my contact details?

In the “My Account” section, you’ll see a subsection called “Summary”, there you may complete, update and publish all the information you wish to share.

Log in to My Account and click on change password.

1-8 Can I change my username?

No, the username is unique; if you wish you may deactivate your username and create a new one. In order to deactivate your username write a request to info@stonemarket.info

1-9 Should I inform you if I change my e-mail address?

es, you must inform us of any e-mail address change.

1-10 Why can’t I log in to My Account?

Make sure you’re writing correctly your username and password.

1-11 Can I recover my password?

Yes, access My Account and click on Forgot your password, the system shall send you your password to your personal e-mail address.

1-12 Is there any kind of membership fee?

No, the registry and use of Stonemarket.info is absolutely free.

2-1 Where do I start if I want to sell a product?

After registering, click on Publish and introduce all the information on the product or products you wish to sell, along with the contact information.

2-2 How can I contact buyers?

You cannot contact buyers, if they are interested in your product(s), they shall contact you.

2-3 Why can’t I contact buyers?

According to Stonemarket.info’s rules, it is buyers who shall contact sellers.

2-4 Can I contact buyers from a country in particular

No, once you publish your product(s) you must wait for the possible buyers to contact you.

2-5 How can I add a picture of the product?

Click on Publish and then Picture Loader, remember images must have a maximum size of 100k in jpg, jpeg gif and png formats.

2-6 Why can’t I see the products I offer?

Probably the size or format of the picture is not correct; besides, Stonemarket.info does not allow stealing pictures and/or descriptions. After publishing you must wait some time for the approval of your publication.

2-7 May I delete any of the products I offer?

Yes, you may delete them at will or mark them as sold, if it is the case.

2-8 May I publish again any of the products I offer?

Yes, you may publish it again.

2-9 How many articles may I publish at the same time?

As many as you wish, but each one of the articles shall be revised and approved individually.

2-10 How many Pictures can I include in my ad?

Just one picture.

2-11 Does the inclusion of a picture have an additional cost?

No, the inclusion of the picture is included in the price.

2-12 How much I have to pay for my ad?

Our current rate is 7 US$ per week.

3-1 Where can I look for a product?

You may visit each one of the categories in stonemarket.info or you may visit the What’s new section; in both cases you may select the article you desire and contact the publisher through our website or through the contact address published by the seller.

3-2 How may I contact sellers?

In the product description you shall find the contact details, and the Seller Information, you may also select Ask the seller.

3-3 Why can’t I contact sellers?

Make sure you fill in all the required data and write correctly the validation key.

3-4 May I group sellers of a specific country?

No, but you may contact sellers of specific objects.

3-5 How can I see the image of a product?

The publisher must place the image that corresponds to its ad; some publishers prefer not to publish an image.

3-6 Why can’t I see the products that are offered?

Make sure you choose the correct category.

3-7 May I save the information of any ad?

If you’re registered you may save the information in Follow this product in my account.

3-8 How can I report fraud or spam in my account?

Send an e-mail to info@Stonemarket.info in order to report any problem with your account.

3-9 Is there any way to verify the information of the seller?

Only based on the comments or rating given by other users; stonemarket.info does not verify nor assure the authenticity of the ads, these are the exclusive responsibility of the publisher.

3-10 What methods of payment do I have in order to pay for an ad in stonemarket.info?

You may pay with a credit card or PayPal.

3-11 What is the safest method of payment?

Both payment methods (credit card and PayPal) count on fraud protection systems.

3-12 How can I see the published ads?

You may use the Search function, you may access the What’s New section or you may check the categories that interest you.

3-13 Can I follow products I’m interested in?

Yes, choose the product and click on Follow this Product in my account.

3-14 May I bid on the products I’m interested in?

Yes, choose the product and click on Place Bid.

3-15 For how long may I place bids on a product?

As long as the ad is published.

3-16 What is the reference price on products?

This one is part of the proposal of the sellers; you may contact the publisher in order to get more details.

3-17 May I send messages, complains and/or requests to the webmaster or moderator?

Yes, click on Contact us, fill in the information and make sure to write correctly the validation key.

3-18 May I send attached files with my messages, complains and/or requests?

Yes, you may send the files you want.

3-19 May I check my sent or received messages in my account?

Yes in the section My Account, click on Messages.

3-20 Must I use HTML in order to publish a product?

No, it’s not necessary. Just include the required information.
