1) To be able to publish an ad Stonemarket.info web site (hereinafter  "Site" or "Stonemarket.info") the User must complete the Form of Registration with his personal information (hereinafter “Personal Data”) in an exact, precise and truthful way, and it assumes the commitment of upgrading the Personal Data. Stonemarket.info doesn't take the responsibility for the certainty of the Personal Data provided by its Users. The Users guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, validity and authenticity of the entered Personal Data.

2) Stonemarket.info reserved the right of requesting valid proof of the Personal Data.  Stonemarket.info may suspend temporary or definitively to those Users who’s Personal Data cannot be confirmed. The User will access to his personal Account (hereinafter "Account") by the entrance of his User Name and his password. The User must maintain his password secret.  The User will be responsible for all the operations made in his account.

3) Stonemarket.info reserved the right to reject any registration application, and of canceling a previously accepted registration, without having to explain the reasons of its decision; such a decision will not create  any right of compensation or indemnification.

4) The users will be able to, in any moment, and for any cause, including but not limited to  not agreed with the conditions of use of the Site, to stop to use of the service or to request to be eliminated from the Site.  In that case Stonemarket.info will proceed to execute the User requests as soon as possible, but it won't be responsible for any damage that the User may suffer or have suffered because of having used the Site or of having decided to retire.  In case the user decides to retire from the Site, the paid amount and not enjoyed will be in favor of Stonemarket as a compensation.

5) The User's registration in the Site is gratuitous. Once the User registers in Stonemarket.info, he will be able to publish ad that other Users may see. To publish an ad, the User will pay effective rate, which will be payable only in US$. 

6) The User will be able to publish as many ad as they  want, each of them will be assigned to the category and subcategory that corresponds. This publications will be able to include descriptive texts and other contents and pertinent conditions for their understanding.

7) Publications that infringe or incite to infringe, in any way some of the effective laws, those that attempt against the morals, good customs, conventionally accepted uses, rights, professionalism, and those that are not appropriate to the categories and available subcategory of the site are forbidden;  same treatment will receive the announcement that are not related with the thematic of Stonemarket.info.  The User will be the only one responsible for obtaining the permits and authorizations that are required according to the applicable laws for the publication of his ad.  If Stonemarket.info receives a notification from any authority or from a third party that an ad violates the laws or the rights of the third  party, Stonemarket.info will proceed to suspend such ad and notify to the user.  The decision of suspending an ad won't carry any type of responsibility for Stonemarket.info, but the user will be entitle, only, the compensatory publication for the time that the suspension lasts.  Stonemarket.info does not agree neither it makes responsible for the content of the ads published by the users and under any circumstance it can be considered as responsible, because it doesn't exercise editorial control on them.

8) It is forbidden the use of images or descriptions of other Users of Stonemarket.info without their authorization. Stonemarket.info advises its Users to describe its publications with its own words, pictures, etc. The publications that violate the norms on the robbery of images and descriptions will be able to be eliminated before its finalization, without right of compensation.

9) Stonemarket.info will suspend temporarily or it will disable the account if User or his publications if: (i) violate any law, or anything that it’s content in this rules; (ii)  does not comply his commitments as User;  (iii) incur in any kind of  fraudulent acts;  (iv) Stonemarket.info understood that the publications or the User's actions may be cause of responsibility for the User that published them,  or may cause damages to Stonemarket.info or other Users. In the case of suspension or disqualification of an User, all his publications will be removed  and Stonemarket it won't be responsible for eventual damages that the user may suffer.

10) Each User accepts to be the exclusive responsible for his publications.  The User will reimburse and it will maintain harmless to Stonemarket.info, his branches, controlled companies, directive, administrators, representatives and employees, demand that other Users or third party could interpose for his activities in the Site or for his nonfulfillment of these Norms or of any of the applicable and those that are incorporate to the present agreement, or for the violation of laws. 

11) Stonemarket.info doesn't take the responsibility for any damage or loss that an User may suffers caused by flaws in the system, in the server or in the Internet. Stonemarket.info neither will be responsible for any virus that could infect the User's computer as a consequence of the access, use or exam of the Site or transfer of data, files, images, texts, or audio contents .  Stonemarket.info doesn't guarantee the access and continuous or uninterrupted use of the Site. The system may not be available due to technical difficulties or flaws of Internet, or any other circumstance unaware by Stonemarket.info; in such cases we will try to recover as soon as possible by we don’t take any kind of responsibility in this cases. Stonemarket.info will not be responsible for any error or omission  contain in the Site.

12) The User  understands that the terms and use conditions as well as the politics of privacy of the web site www.venesp.com.ve have been incorporated to this terms by direct reference.

13) The original terms and condition are available in the Spanish version of Stonemarket.info, in case of contradictions the Spanish version will prevail.
